There is no grace period for submitting reports and payment.  Reports and payment are due the 20th of the month following the month in which the hours are worked.

Do I have to mail my contribution reports and payment or can they be hand-delivered?

No. If you are contributing into both Health and Welfare and Pension, you must remit two separate checks/wires for each fund accordingly.
